A Team Journey focusses on facilitating teams to become truly effective and cohesive.
For a group of people to operate as a team alignment on direction and high quality of interaction are needed. A Leadership Journey supports this process. Typically a Leadership Journey consists of a couple of team sessions aimed at raising awareness, building trust, taking ownership and action planning. A Leadership Journey is co-created with the team and tailor made.
I have more than 15 years of international experience (including 10 years living and working in London) supporting leadership development in both corporates and public sector/NGO’s.
As a facilitator I try to balance lightness with deep psychological insights. People tell me they experience me as result driven, perceptive and fun with the ability to build a climate of trust.
