• Self-employed, 2019 onwards

  I have worked for decades with large corporations & have gradually shifted my focus to smaller organisations, start-ups and young people in recent years. This feels very satisfying at this stage in my life. On most projects I team-up with one of my trusted colleagues from my time at Aberkyn.

• Founding Partner Aberkyn , 2013-2018

  I am one of the 9 founding partners of Aberkyn, a joint venture with McKinsey & company. After we started Aberkyn the company quickly grew exponentially into a global network of 180+ facilitators worldwide with hubs in Europe, USA and Australasia. We sold Aberkyn to McKinsey & company in 2018. During my time at Aberkyn I gained invaluable experience working as facilitator on FTSE board level on international assigments as well as being a member of the Leadership Team of Aberkyn managing our rapid expansion.

• Partner Sheppard Moscow , 2005 - 2011

  The first non-native English speaker to become a partner at Shepppard Moscow, I owe my organisational change foundation to the support of my inspiring Sheppard Moscow colleagues who taught me so much.

• Qualifications

  1. Post Graduate Degree Psychological Coaching, Middlesex University (REBT) as well as a Post Graduate Degree Psychology, Leeds University (Gestalt therapy ) 2008.

  2. A broad range of diploma’s/ certificates within the psychological, mind-body realm a.o.; Unconscious Bias & Diversity, Barett Levels of Consciousness, Meyers Briggs, EFT therapy amongst others.

  Started working in Marketing at Procter & Gamble and proceeded to work in Licensing for Walt Disney Company in Brussels & London.
