Change Management Facilitator

• Self-employed, 2019 onwards

  After decades working on FTSE board level I have shifted my focus to supporting MT’s of small start-ups and young professionals. At this stage of my life this feels very satisfying to me. On most projects I team-up with one of my trusted colleagues from my time at Aberkyn.

• Founding Partner Aberkyn , 2013-2018

  I am one of the 9 founding partners of Aberkyn, a joint venture with McKinsey & company. Aberkyn has grown into a global network of 180+ facilitators (!) worldwide with hubs in Europe, USA and Australasia. We sold Aberkyn to McKinsey & company in 2018. During my time at Aberkyn I gained invaluable experience working as facilitator on FTSE board level on international complex assigments as well as being a member of the Leadership Team of Aberkyn managing our rapid expansion.

• Partner Sheppard Moscow , 2005 - 2011

  I am proud that I am the first non-native English speaker to becone a partner at Shepppard Moscow. I owe my robust organisational change skills to my inspiring colleagues at the time.

  Qualifications

  • Post Graduate Degree Psychological Coaching, Middlesex University (REBT) & Leeds University (Gestalt therapy ) 2008.

  • A broad range of diploma’s/certificates within the psychological, mind-body realm a.o.; Unconscious Bias & Diversity, Barett Levels of Consciousness, Meyers Briggs, EFT therapy.

    Prior to 2005

    Marketing & Licensing roles

  Started working in Marketing at Procter & Gamble and proceeded to work in Licensing for Walt Disney Company in Brussels & London.
