• Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra - Supported the Board on team cohesion and culture change.

Large scale interventions

• McKinsey & Company - Designed & facilitated McKinsey London Partnership off-site (+/-100 partners attending) and Mckinsey Amsterdam Partnership off-site (+/- 40 partners attending) with the aim to strenghten internal collaboration.

Culture Change

• RCS/RVSV, Vindicat, ASC/AVSV , Nyenrode University - Culture change programmes within these large Dutch student bodies focussing on alcohol/drug abuse, male-female relationships and hierarchy which affects hundreds of students and thus shapes Dutch society.

• Philips - Facilitated Cultural Leadership Programmes for top teams in a.o. Dubai, Shanghai, Sao Paolo, Singapore & Atlanta.
